My favorite but hardest body part is legs 🦵
Legs has always been the hardest body part for me to grow. But i didn’t give up.
I kept going doing legs 2 & 3 times a week till i started seeing little results.
But still have a long way to go to get the result i want.
I know most people find it very difficult to grow their legs but my advice you is DO NOT GIVE UP.
I did legs till I couldn’t breathe properly, till i vomit during the session, sometimes i felt like my legs wasn’t even in my body.
Trust when i say the pain you feel today is the rewards you will reap eventually.
